1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the BlogMate service ("Service") operated by IKE MEDIA PTY LTD (ABN 53 686 208 104), trading as BlogMate ("us", "we", or "our"). By subscribing to any package, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Subscription Packages
BlogMate offers subscription packages:

• Starter Pack: $99/month – includes one blog per month.

• Growth Pack: $179/month – includes two blogs per month.

• Authority Pack: $329/month – includes four blogs per month.

Each package includes:

• Blog length: Default 300-900 words (client-specified upon onboarding).

• Keyword research: Included as standard.

• Revisions: Up to 2 per blog.

• Images: Starter (1), Growth (2), Authority (4).
   

3. Subscription, Billing, and Payment
Subscriptions renew automatically every month on your billing date.
Changes: If you upgrade mid-cycle, you'll pay a prorated fee immediately. Downgrades take effect from your next billing cycle.
Cancellation: Subscriptions can be cancelled with a minimum 7 days' notice before the next billing date.
Refund Policy: All sales are final. BlogMate provides no refunds after billing unless we fail entirely to deliver the promised services.

4. Client Obligations
Clients must complete an onboarding form after subscription.
BlogMate will follow up once to request completion or clarification of incomplete data.
Clients are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information provided. BlogMate accepts no liability for incorrect information supplied by clients.

5. Blog Approval & Liability
Upon receiving the blog drafts, clients have 7 business days to request revisions or identify inaccuracies.
If no revisions or inaccuracies are communicated within this timeframe, blogs are considered approved, and BlogMate disclaims further liability for inaccuracies.

Clients are solely responsible for verifying all content prior to publishing.

6. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon delivery and final approval, all blogs provided by BlogMate become the client's intellectual property.
BlogMate may seek consent to use delivered blogs for marketing or portfolio purposes. Blogs will not be used without explicit client consent.

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties
BlogMate provides blogs as content services and does not guarantee specific SEO outcomes or business results. We expressly disclaim any guarantees of increased traffic, search engine rankings, or sales outcomes.
Our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the subscription fee paid for the month in which the claim arises.

8. Termination and Suspension
BlogMate reserves the right to terminate or suspend subscriptions if:

• Payment fails or is significantly delayed.

• Clients breach these Terms.

• Misuse or abuse of the Service is detected.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed according to the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in Victoria's jurisdiction.
